What are the return conditions?

We have the following conditions for accepting returns:
- The return must be sent back within 30 days return period.
- All returned items must be undamaged.
- All returned items must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging (think shoe box, jewelry box, dust bags).
- The return must be registered in advance on the website.
- Any free gifts must be returned.
If the conditions are not met, an administration fee of €5 will be deducted and customer service will contact you about possible next steps.
