Do you have a complaint about your reading glasses or sunglasses? Our team is happy to help you. See if your complaint is covered by warranty.
The Little Green Bag carries a one-year warranty from the date the glasses were purchased.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and/or defects in the parts, such as:
- the peeling off of a lens or frame coating;
- soldering errors on hinges;
- the lack of parts.
Damage to frames that are not covered here are not eligible for warranty.
