On shoes we offer one year warranty. This warranty only applies to manufacturing defects
We do not guarantee damage to:
- soles;
- zippers;
- heels or applications;
- use damage or wear and tear.
In addition, it is your own responsibility to maintain the shoes properly with a suitable leather spray, wax, leather cream and/or other maintenance items.
Note: We do not handle complaints for shoes issued.
Due to the strict EU requirements for mainly the tanning and dyeing process, environmentally friendly water-based paints are used with this annoying side effect.
