The Little Green Bag sells suitcases in different models from different brands. The number of years of warranty can therefore vary. On all cases, depending on the product and model you purchased, we generally offer a one to two year warranty. Including:

- faulty material;

- manufacturing defects.

Which things are not covered by the warranty?

- damage from external impact (think of an accident, a fall, rough handling, transport damage),

- normal wear and tear damage

- damage due to misuse or unreasonable use

- neglect

- exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, (salt) water

- any other cause that is not the direct result of a material and/or manufacturing defect.

The warranty also expires when changes are made to the product, repairs are carried out by third parties or (emergency) solutions are implemented, such as breaking open zippers or locks.
