The Little Green Bag offers a one-year warranty on watches from the date the watch was purchased. This warranty only applies to the movement, hands and dial.

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized maintenance, other defects not due to material or workmanship, accidents or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

We also offer no warranty on the following parts:

- the band;
- the glass plate;
- the battery;
- the crown.

When removing or adding links, a watch is no longer covered by the 30-day trial period and we may refuse the return shipment.

 

Smartwatches

Smartwatches come with a one-year warranty from the date the smartwatch was purchased.

Each defect is assessed by our complaints department (if necessary also in consultation with the relevant supplier). This will determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or not.

Before registering your complaint, first check whether the complaint meets the warranty conditions and whether you can resolve the complaint yourself.

 

When the watch no longer responds and/or does not respond quickly, this can have various causes, the most common cause being;

- The watch needs to be updated, this can be done easily and quickly via the Garmin Express program: https://www.garmin.com/nl-NL/software/express/windows/
