They had already been producing clothing for other brands, and even then, the name GANT served as a prestigious trademark. On every shirt they delivered, they placed a small diamond-shaped logo with the letter 'G' in it. This logo was a valuable proof for their customers that they were getting high-quality garments. Eventually, Bernard and his sons decided to establish their own brand, GANT. With their reputation for producing high-quality shirts, the brand quickly became a great success, surpassing the demand. The brand continued to grow and expand. While GANT initially started with shirts, they now also sell other products such as shoes.
